About us
LifeConnect Health is dedicated to providing statewide behavioral health services for individuals with I/DD who are facing behavior challenges. Using TeleHealth technology, we bring quality care right to you.
Our team is led by Dr. Jana Dreyzehner, a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, and includes Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Therapists, and Engagement Specialists. We believe that working together with existing providers and primary caretakers is the key to creating a supportive environment that helps individuals achieve positive outcomes. Join us on this journey to a brighter future!
Connecting individuals with the supports necessary to optimize health and empower individual choice to achieve a fulfilling life.
Each member in our program receives a custom tablet. These tablets come with remote device management, allowing us to:
• Help members log in to telehealth sessions or other apps remotely
• Restrict unsafe internet activity
• Control the tablet's usage time and duration.
This ensures a safe and supportive experience for everyone.

Power PREP
(People Regulating Emotions Purposely)
Personalized Therapeutic Community
At Power Prep, we provide a supportive community where each member receives a personalized treatment plan, focusing on individual needs and goals. Our approach centers on Emotion Regulation Therapy, using the Skills System by Dr. Julie Brown.
Emotion Regulation Skills
Our program teaches nine core emotion regulation skills and three System Tools through DBT™-informed group therapy sessions. Primary caretakers, including parents or DSPs, are involved in these sessions and can join weekly consultations for added support.
Structured Progress and Community Support
Our 3-phase program fosters a strong sense of belonging and purpose. Members are guided through each phase, with clear steps for advancement and celebrations at every milestone, culminating in graduation. We strive to offer a transformative experience, connecting peers and dedicated providers in a meaningful way.
Services
Skill System Group
After the assessment, members will join the most suitable phase 1 group based on their functioning level and compatibility with peers. They will attend sessions twice a week during phases 1 and 2. In phase 3, the frequency decreases to once a week until graduation.
Morning Meetup
This support might include an individual session right after the group or communication with caretakers for guidance on how to best assist the person that day. This is a safe community where individuals can access support whenever they need it.
Individual Therapy
May be a regular part of treatment plan or during significant life events and stressors. Necessity and frequency will be determined during the initial assessment.
Health and Wellness Education
Group members learn from Nurse Practitioners about lifestyle changes, medication management, and self-advocacy to better manage chronic conditions.
Psychiatric Advocacy
Timely interventions ensure quality care for psychiatric conditions, advocating for better access and collaborating with emergency and crisis services.
Treatment Team Consultation
We closely collaborate with treatment teams, maintaining communication, attending meetings, and providing specialized consultations as needed.
