Megan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience developing clinical programs for Dually Diagnosed children and adults, with an enhanced focus on transitional youths. In collaboration with the State of New Jersey, Megan developed NJ's first multi modalities treatment program for dually diagnosed adolescents. Megan is passionate about bridging the gaps for individuals with complex support needs. Megan's leadership skills have allowed her to successfully lead large teams of clinical and non-clinical staff. Further, Megan has extended her work ethic into her community for which she is serving a second term as a Councilwoman
